1 Peter 5:10 says, 'And the God of ALL grace, who called you to this eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will Himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.' He says we WILL suffer, but promises restoration and strength! Trust in Him and hold onto your eternal promise of heaven and you can make it through this!

1 Peter 5:6-10 is The White Flag Project's heartbeat. We must first surrender our fear and anxiety to God but then quickly realize that we can't do this on our own. The enemy is out to devour us when we are weak and will struggle to succeed if we are gathered with and praying with other believers! Ask for help! It is not a sign of weakness, but of great strength! Verse 9 says we can know that our sisters are undergoing the same kind of sufferings...we're all in this together!
The White Flag Project
'Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.' James 1:2-4
'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.' Jeremiah 29:11-13
Art of Surrender
Surrendering is a tough thing to do as women in this culture. The world tells us that we are to strive for perfection and let no one lead us. God's word tells us to 'Humble ourselves under God's mighty hand.' The White Flag Project's mission is to give women the encouragement and tools to surrender our suffering, hardship and fears to God and to support one another as we face those struggles.
Stop what you're doing and pray. Ask the God of the universe to comfort you and to guide you through what you're facing! Humble yourselves and trust that He will comfort you and help you in your time of need!
